What a vinyl wrap actually is
A thin, high-performance adhesive film applied over your car's original paint. Modern cast films (2 mil / ~50 microns) conform to complex curves, self-heal minor swirl marks and carry 5–7 year outdoor warranties from manufacturers like 3M, Avery Dennison, KPMF and Hexis. Unlike a repaint, a wrap comes off cleanly — change the look every few years, or hand a leased car back in factory condition.

Hand-wash with pH-neutral shampoo, keep high-pressure spray off the edges, and garage or shade the car where possible. Every job ships with a full aftercare guide, and we offer maintenance polishing for satin and matte finishes.
Vinyl Wraps, answered
No. A wrap installed on factory paint in good condition is safe and fully removable. Repaired or repainted panels are assessed first — we always check before quoting.
A full colour change on a standard car takes 4–7 working days depending on complexity, disassembly and finish. Partial wraps can be done in 1–2 days.
Hand-wash with pH-neutral shampoo. Avoid automatic brush washes and don't aim high-pressure jets straight at the film edges.
